How Much do Those Shoes Cost?

The shoes that are for sale usually cost L$200 unless otherwise shown. Special reasons for difference's in pricing include a special feature, limited availability, or the creator's charitability.

Ahh, I tried wearing your shoes, but they seem to attach to my right hand! What do I do? D:>

The reason why the shoe pieces don't immediately attach to your feet is because of the way the virtual platform of Second Life® works. To wear the shoes, you must attach them to your avatar's foot prims and then your shoe may be ready to wear on your avatar.

What? I have to link the shoes to my feet? I dunno how to do that! Besides, it might take too long for me to do that >:P

Well, that's alright because you don't have to. I've created a few scripts that automate the process of linking the shoes to the foot so that you may wear them granted your are linking them to the same model that the shoe has been made for. If you have something not made for that, you always have myself to call upon to assist in this process.

These shoes don't fit my feet. They look cool, but its not made for my avatar.

That's fine. You can still wear them, but you might have to be adept at manipulating the prims. Thankfully, the footwear is usually modifyable for just that purpose. If you are inept at primwork, don't be afraid to contact myself for the task. I'll do my best to see that the shoe fits perfectly for your avatar.

Oh noes! Something went wrong with your scripts! They blew up in my face! X(

That is quite unfortuneate that the scripts are not always able to work perfectly all the time. In the event that the scripts for the footwear don't work as advertised, bring the issue to me (Ilobmirt Tenk). I'll be happy to try and resolve it. =^_^=

I paid your vendor (or purchased your stuff from SLX). but I haven't recieved your product. I been jipped <:(

I'll do what I can to give you your item granted, I know you are a customer. Purchasing history will be checked if such an event occurs. Those deemed to be customers will get their item. Those who don't will get the merchant angry >:P

The inventory monster ate my stuff! May I recieve a copy of the thing I bought previously?

Again, I must know you had been a customer. I will check and see if you have bought from Tenkwear. Customers get help. Moochers get hell ;3

What's My Privacy Policy?

I may use automated devices that will track your purchasing history as long as it relates towards Myself (Ilobmirt Tenk) Conversations between customer and merchant will be logged. Don't let this bother you. Data is usually kept confidential and my only use with this data is to provide a better service to all who deserve the service I provide. However, also realise that I can be subject to interrogation by 3rd parties that I'm obliged by contract or law to reveal such data. (IE: government and Linden Labs) Such events will not be likely, but just use common sense when talking to me, alright?

I like your vendor, where'd you get it?

I developed my own vending system and have released it under an opensource (LGPL) licence. It is called the FOSSL Vending System. To know more about it, check out... http://fosslvendor.wiki.sourceforge.net/

May I resell your stuff?

As of now, I'm not interested in allowing other people to re-sell my digital IP for a complete or partial profit.

Hi! I'm Mr(s) _______ owner of mall _______. You seem like an interesting merchant. How about you rent at my mall?

That's nice. So you do have a mall? If it isn't a mall that I heard of, then I am not interested. If I have, what am I going to get out of renting at your mall? Where would you like me to rent at your mall? How many prims am I allowed? What am I charged per week? What else is being sold around your mall? You better make your offer juicier than t-bone steak. Otherwise, just wait and see if I come to you. Mkay?

Hey there. I can't help but notice you make nice shoes for furry feet. Will you create a pair for me?

Can't hurt to ask, but chances are that I'm not in the mood for a commission. If I am. I'll ask you some questions. Please answer them. When we come to a deal, will I make your shoe.

Need any help running your business? I'd be more than happy to lend a helping paw. =^_^=

I really appreciate that you would like to help improve my company. There are ways in which you can help support this company. The big two being word of mouth and purchasing merchandice to help "pump lifeblood into the business". From a management standpoint, Tenkwear is still small enough to have all the management made by one person. If indeed I need another to split up mangement duties, I'll let the world know. =^_~=

Hi, I'm a blogger/news reporter from ______. May I interview you?

Just give me some details about your blog or news station, what have you done before, what the interview/report/blog is about , and what interests you in making a report/blog about me/Tenkwear. I usually might accept the interview and will try and find a time for that interview so that it may be published for the whole world to see. :3

Ooooh! You're a friend of a realy cool arist, can you ask them about ______________ for me?

I'm afraid that I will not ask these people on your behalf. Is there some reason why you cannot take the time to ask these people yourself? If you make your question or remark clear, I'm sure that you will get a response. Remember to treat these people like people and you must understand that their lives are soo busy, that you might not get a response. The least that may occur is that you have to wait for your questions to get answered.

OMFG! I found someone ripping off of your work. What do I do?

Just point it out for me. This issue is between myself and the vilolator of the copyright. If I deem the issue to be a IP issue, I'll find out what I can do to resolve the problem in a proper fashion.
